Crabb Named VP, Chief
Nursing Officer
ESCANABA — OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group announces Lacey Crabb, APRN, FNP-C, has been named vice presi- dent and chief nursing officer at OSF St. Francis. Crabb will begin her new role in May 2019 upon the retirement of current CNO, Joy Hopkins.
“Lacey has been ingrained in the care of our patients at OSF St. Francis Hospital for many years, bringing a great deal of clinical skills and expert- ise to our leadership team. We look forward to her applying her clinical and leadership experience in this new capacity,” said Dave Lord, president of OSF St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group.
Originally from Marquette, Crabb resides in Escanaba with her husband Jason Tasson. They enjoy traveling in the winter and spending time in the summers at their camp with family. Lacey enjoys biking, hiking, paddle boarding and cross-country skiing.

chief technology officer.
Martin comes to mBank with over
20 years of professional IT and leader- ship experience, a press release states. Most recently, he was the chief tech-
nology officer for Ferris State University, a role he held for almost three years. Prior to that, he also served as the director of IT/HIPAA security officer at Alpena Regional Medical Center from 2011 to 2016 and was the senior vice president of IT/communications at mBank from 2006 to 2011. Martin also served as a corporal with the United States Marine Corps, is a veteran of the Gulf War, has a bachelor’s degree from University of Maryland University College, and an MBA in information management from Aspen University.
“Jake brings a well-known, high level technical and senior leadership skill set to the table that will help us continue our strategic plans,” Kelly W. George, mBank president and CEO, said in the release. “We are glad to have him back to head up our IT, cyber risk and communication areas of the company, as they are critical to our continued growth and organizational success.”

Christopher Germain of Premier Real Estate in Escanaba was named the Realtor of the Year for 2018 by the Upper Peninsula Realtors. He has been a realtor since 2004 and has served an active roll in the real estate community. He served over 12 years on the Delta County MLS Committee, is past president of the Upper Peninsula Realtors, served as co-facilitator of the Michigan Realtors Leadership Academy, and has served in Michigan Realtors Presidential Advisory Groups. He also serves the local community through various organizations. He is past president of the Delta County Jaycees, Past Master of Delta Lodge 195 of F&AM, cur- rent captain of Ford River Township Fire Department, and county training coordinator for Delta County in the fire service. .

Charles A. Fust, CPA, has passed the Uniform CPA Exam and has received his Certified Public Accountant’s license by successfully meeting the education, examination, and experi- ence requirements as outlined by Michigan’s State Board of Accountancy. Charles graduated magna cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics in December 2016.
