Teska Joins Radiant
Natural Health Clinic
NIAGARA, Wis. — A new acupuncturist has been added at Radiant Natural Health Clinic in Niagara, Wis.
Colleen Teska is a doctor of acupunc- ture and oriental medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and an American College of Sports Medicine certified clinical exercise physiologist.
She earned her doctoral degree with a pain management focus and a mas- ter’s degree in acupuncture and orien- tal medicine from AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine in Austin, Texas.
During her time at AOMA, Teska received extensive training and more than 1,400 clinic hours in a variety of oriental medicine techniques. As a doctoral student, she was an extern in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of the Austin VA Outpatient Clinic.
A native of Elkhorn, Wis., Teska has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in strength and condi- tioning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has 10 years of experience working in hospi- tals and clinics, including the University of Chicago Medicine as a cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and stress-testing specialist. She also trained in ballet and modern dance at the University of Illinois, University of Wisconsin and Dancespace NY, danced professionally, and has done teaching and choreographing at local dance studios throughout southeast Wisconsin, Chicago, and Austin.

Contrast Coffee of Iron
River Awarded Grant
IRON RIVER — Iron River-based Contrast Coffee has earned a $25,000 Elevate Small Business grant from FHLBank Indianapolis.
It was among 11 small businesses in Michigan and Indiana awarded Elevate Small Business grants by FHLBank Indianapolis.
Contrast Coffee paired with First National Bank & Trust Iron Mountain to submit a business case for the $25,000 grant to help expand the company.
“Were excited to be able to support small businesses like Contrast Coffee — we know they are an important fix- ture in the community they serve,” said Cindy Konich, FHLBank Indianapolis President and CEO.
In total, FHLBank Indianapolis awarded $255,595 in 2018 Elevate grants to small businesses looking to take their businesses to the next level. In its inaugural year, the Elevate pro- gram saw more than 92 small busi- nesses partner with local financial institutions to compete for grants of up to $25,000 each to use towards capital expenditures, workforce train- ing and other business needs..
